Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Discovery Associate to greet guests, present and sell the Discovery program after sales presentations, and conduct guest surveys. You will prepare purchase worksheets and coordinate with Contracts, while addressing post-sale inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Timeshare sales experience preferred.
• Able to meet or exceed sales quotas and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey process.
• Conduct survey and present Discovery program to guests to drive sales.
• Prepare worksheets for purchases and deliver to Contracts for processing.
• Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
