Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Discovery Associate to sell a trial Discovery program to guests in the Wyndham Vacation Ownership context. You will greet guests, explain the survey process, and present the Discovery option to achieve sales targets.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and proven timeshare sales experience. You will work in a team, aiming to meet quotas while delivering excellent guest service and accurate paperwork for contracts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have timeshare sales experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Meet or exceed performance standards (1350 APG) and not be on corrective action.
• Presidents Club achievers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain survey.
• Conduct survey regarding guests experience and present Discovery program to sell it.
• Answer all guests questions per company quotas for a Discovery Associate.
• When guest purchases, prepare worksheet and deliver to Contracts office.
• Answer all post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Meet the established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
