Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey.
• Conduct surveys and present Discovery program to guests.
• Answer guest questions in line with sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
• Prepare worksheets when guests purchase and forward to Contracts office.
• Address post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
