Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. invites applications for a Hospital Liaison—Respiratory & DME Services. You will coordinate discharges, ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment, and educate patients and caregivers on safe use of home respiratory equipment.

This role requires strong coordination with Case Management and Continuing Care teams and involves travel to patient homes. Salary is hourly, with bonus opportunities and a schedule Sun–Thu 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in healthcare coordination preferred (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient discharges with hospital staff and case management.
• Ensure timely delivery and setup of respiratory and DME equipment at discharge.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation including referrals, insurance verification, delivery tickets, and logs.
• Assist with discharge planning and follow-up visits as needed.
• Represent the company at trade shows and professional events.
