Job summary

Endeavors Inc. is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations.

You will conduct intake and screening, assess unmet needs, and help survivors develop individualized recovery plans while coordinating resources and maintaining compliant documentation. This deployable role may include housing allowances and per diems upon deployment, with nationwide travel expected to support disaster response efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in case management, human services, crisis intervention, or disaster recovery is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools and procedures.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors, set achievable goals, identify barriers, and adjust plans as needs change.
• Identify, verify, and coordinate available federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit, and community resources to address unmet needs.
• Provide resource referrals and follow-up to help survivors navigate benefits and recovery resources.
• Protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and follow privacy, cybersecurity, and records-management requirements.
