Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
• Proven disaster mitigation and construction estimating experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and Symbility estimating software.
• Valid Driver’s License and tech-savvy with handheld devices.
• Preferred: four-year degree and experience with TPAs (Third-Party Administrators).

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects through their lifecycle ensuring scope compliance.
• Direct production crews and delegate tasks while staying accountable.
• Maintain timely project paperwork across internal project management systems.
• Enforce safety policies and company guidelines.
• Drive sales to sustain revenue across residential, commercial, and disaster sectors.
• Cultivate partnerships with clients, adjusters, and vendors.
• Lead field evaluations and training for sales personnel.
