Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead front-line efforts supporting customers after disasters. You will inspect projects, determine action plans, monitor progress, and adjust actions to maintain standards while moving work forward.

You will coordinate resources, guide field teams, and complete loss documentation. Travel to active job sites is required, with flexibility on schedules and on-call rotations to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a management role or in the disaster restoration industry.
• Organizational skills demonstrated in project settings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven approach.
• High emotional intelligence and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (IICRC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain scope management processes across project lifecycles.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
• Provide on-site guidance to technicians completing the scope of work on losses.
• Document losses with sketches and scope sheets for estimates.
• Develop partnerships with third-party resources including adjusters and customers.
• Allocate resources to maximize efficiency and deliverables.
• Report outcomes and risks to management per the work plan.
• Participate in on-call schedule as required.
• Develop and write competed estimates using Xactimate or related tools.
• Navigate rotating on-call duties and other duties as assigned.
