ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site and office activities after disasters. You will inspect projects, determine course of action, monitor progress, and adjust actions to maintain standards while coordinating internal and external resources.

The role requires 1 year in management or disaster restoration, strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Xactimate.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a management role or in the disaster restoration industry
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking are required
• High emotional intelligence and driving license are required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and industry protocols
• Preferred: IICRC/Lead/OSHA certifications and experience with Xactimate or related tools

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project scope and quality standards
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
• Provide on-site guidance to technicians and manage losses documentation
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources
• Assign resources and monitor efficiency to maximize deliverables
• Report outcomes and risks to management and participate in on-call shifts
• Write competed estimates using Xactimate or similar applications
