Job summary

ServiceMaster by McCann in Illinois seeks a proactive Project Manager to direct all operations of a restoration project, acting as the single point of contact for clients and stakeholders and owning the outcomes, including production, safety, timelines, and the brand appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly with stakeholders.
• Advanced problem-solving for scheduling and customer requests.
• Excellent presentation skills for progress updates to management.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management focus.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification is preferred.
• IICRC certifications related to restoration services are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operations of designated restoration projects and act as the primary contact for stakeholders.
• Mobilize internal and external resources in response to loss details and BI needs.
• Conduct safety and site walkthroughs, and develop the 48–72 hour service plan.
• Communicate progress and next steps to customer and key stakeholders.
• Direct the Resource Coordinator/Supply Supervisor and plan site organization and transportation.
• Ensure all work and time are accurately documented from project start through final invoicing.
• Develop full scope of services, timelines, milestones, and detailed tasks/work orders.
• Lead daily project meetings and coordinate with APM, SS, PCA, and HSO.
• Oversee demobilization, documentation finalization, and client invoicing.
