Job summary

Servicemaster DSI in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate disaster restoration projects from inception to completion. Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in disaster mitigation and construction estimating.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and Symbility estimating software.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Tech-savvy with handheld devices and a quick learner of new tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects through their full lifecycle per the scope of work.
• Direct production crews and delegate tasks while maintaining accountability.
• Maintain timely project paperwork and inputs in internal PM systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Execute the Sales Program to stabilize revenue across sectors.
• Forecast quarterly and annual sales by category to meet growth goals.
• Identify new opportunities by analyzing territory data with Sales/Marketing.
• Build partnerships with clients, adjusters, subs, and vendors.
• Conduct field evaluations and regular training with sales staff.
