Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead reconstruction efforts after fires, floods and disasters. You will manage budgets, schedules, tradesmen, and job-site performance to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

This role requires on‑site leadership, clear communication with homeowners, insurers and vendors, a 24/7 on-call mindset, and staying current with safety training and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in reconstruction, restoration, construction is highly valued.
• Insurance or emergency response experience is a plus.
• 1–3 years in a professional role.

Responsibilities

• Be the first reconstruction professional on-site after fires, floods, and other disasters.
• Assess property damage and determine reconstruction needs quickly and accurately.
• Build immediate trust with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance partners.
• Lead property owners through the reconstruction process with clarity, urgency, and care.
• Manage budgets, schedules, tradesmen, and job site performance from start to finish.
• Oversee job plans, timelines, compliance, documentation, and project flow with Project Coordinators.
• Coordinate subcontractors and in-house trades to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain alignment with insurance guidelines.
• Be available during off-hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.
