Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee restoration projects for large losses involving fire, water, and mold. The role includes managing project timelines, budgets, and client relations, working closely with insurance carriers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in project management, strong proficiency with Xactimate, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction or property restoration project management experience.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) are a plus.
• Ability to visit job sites and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial restoration projects from pre-construction to final closeout.
• Prepare accurate scopes of work and cost estimates.
• Maintain communication with clients and insurance adjusters.
• Schedule and supervise field crews.
• Manage production expenses to ensure profitability.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
