Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuilds from planning through completion. This hands-on leader drives schedules, budgets, and safety while coordinating crews and vendors on fast-moving projects.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams, ensuring quality and timely closeout while navigating insurance-restoration requirements and complex

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in construction management, reconstruction, or supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Able to coordinate between multiple trades and team members.
• Read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specs; OSHA knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track profitability; ensure OSHA safety compliance.
