Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support to field operations teams during active disaster response.
• Set up and manage temporary field offices or check-in locations.
• Maintain accurate records including sign-in sheets, deployment logs, expense tracking, timesheets, and field activity reports.
• Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination among employees, contractors, and supervisors.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports or updates as needed.
• Handle data entry and document uploads into systems or shared platforms.
• Ensure office supplies, PPE, and field forms are stocked and organized.
• Serve as a point of contact for field personnel needing logistical or administrative assistance.
