Job summary

Samaritan's Purse seeks a Student Partnerships Manager for the North American Disaster Relief team in North Wilkesboro, NC. You will build a broad student engagement program, connecting universities, ministries, and youth groups with disaster relief opportunities, internships, and volunteer pathways.

You will design scalable programs, collaborate across departments, and advance mission-aligned leadership development while modeling strong faith and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Five+ years of related experience or training.
• Deep understanding of universities, campus ministries, and student organizations operations.
• Ability to design, implement, and scale multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work across departments and gain buy-in without direct authority.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and develop practical solutions.
• Christian discipleship knowledge integrated into program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and witness.
• Develop and implement a student partnerships strategy across NADR and U.S. Rebuild.
• Mobilize student volunteer engagement and coordinate deployments.
• Design an internship and apprenticeship program with HR collaboration.
• Build strategic relationships with universities, campus ministries, and youth ministries.
• Collaborate across ministries to align priorities and secure support.
• Other duties as assigned.
