Job summary

Tidal Basin Holdco, LLC is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop individualized recovery plans, coordinate resources, and maintain detailed case documentation, with travel up to 100% when deployed.

Emphasis on privacy, equity, and following procedures. The role requires readiness for deployment, collaboration with partners, and adherence to program guidance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
Experience in case management, disaster recovery or crisis intervention preferred.
Enhanced background screening required.

Responsibilities

Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors.
Coordinate resources and referrals for unmet needs.
Document progress, referrals, and outcomes in approved systems.
Protect survivor privacy and ensure confidentiality.
Deploy to field or remote settings as needed.
Maintain deployment readiness and complete required training.
