Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Disaster case management experience preferred; crisis intervention and benefits/resource navigation experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and set achievable goals.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit and community resources.
• Provide referrals and assist navigating benefits and recovery resources.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and protect privacy and PII.
