Job summary

Alford Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator to support mitigation operations through job coordination, scheduling, customer communication, and administrative oversight.

You will act as the central point of contact among field technicians, customers, insurance representatives, and internal departments to ensure projects are initiated and progressed efficiently. The role emphasizes emergency response logistics, meticulous job file management, and maintaining service quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job management software (DASH, Encircle, Xactimate).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch and scheduling for mitigation crews based on availability and urgency.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, insurance representatives, and field teams.
• Create and maintain accurate job files in company systems; ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Coordinate equipment needs and logistics with warehouse personnel; track milestones and costs.
• Support internal audits, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
