Job summary

Alford Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator to support mitigation operations through effective job coordination, scheduling, customer communication, and administrative oversight.

This role serves as the central contact between field technicians, customers, insurance representatives, and internal departments to ensure projects are started, documented, and progressed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of administrative, dispatch, or coordination experience (restoration industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management software (DASH, Encircle, Xactimate, or similar).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Scheduling Coordination: Receive and prioritize emergency service calls, schedule crews, manage on-call rotations, and monitor progress.
• Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary contact for customers, provide status updates, and liaise with insurance adjusters and managers.
• Job File Management & Documentation: Create and maintain job files in company systems, collect required documents, and ensure completeness.
• Operational Support: Coordinate equipment needs, track milestones, monitor costs, and support field teams.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to procedures, IICRC standards, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
