American Red Cross seeks a Community Disaster Program Specialist to guide and support volunteer teams delivering disaster relief. You will work with volunteer services staff to prepare communities, ensure readiness, and deploy when needed across our Southeast Pennsylvania region.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of related experience, and the ability to travel; reporting to the Southeast Pennsylvania Regional HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support diverse volunteer teams delivering disaster cycle services.
• Ensure rapid, accessible, and culturally/linguistically appropriate services to clients.
• Coordinate with volunteer services staff to engage communities and partners.
