Job summary

Endeavors Inc. seeks a Disaster Case Management Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers delivering disaster recovery services. You will ensure Needs Assessments, Service Plans, and community referrals are completed on time while maintaining client-centered support.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, coaching, and evaluating staff, promoting accountability, and ensuring compliance with program requirements and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
• -OR- High School diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in child welfare, emergency disaster response, or recovery environments; 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership by leading Case Managers, staffing caseloads, and communicating updates.
• Develop and empower staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure quality and compliance with weekly case reviews, IRP updates, and documentation accuracy.
