Job summary

Endeavors in Charleston, WV seeks a DCM Case Provider Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers delivering disaster case management to survivors. You will oversee needs assessments, service plan development, referrals, and timely case closure, ensuring client-centered support.

The role requires a bachelor’s/associate degree path with 4+ years in disaster response or related fields and supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field is required.
• Public-facing case management experience is required.
• Knowledge of FEMA’s Disaster Case Management framework is required.
• Knowledge of 2 C.F.R. 200, 44 C.F.R., and the Stafford Act is preferred.
• Ability to clear the criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Vision and Leadership; lead Case Managers and staff caseloads to meet survivor needs.
• Develop and empower staff through training, mentoring, and trauma-informed practices.
• Ensure quality and compliance through caseload reviews and timely IRP/Service Plan updates.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Program Managers; generate reports and improve outcomes.
• Promote growth through mandatory trainings and additional skill-building workshops.
• Foster collaboration with community partners to strengthen services.
