Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ prior experience in child welfare, emergency disaster response and/or recovery environments with supervisory responsibility.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication preferred.
• Must maintain regular attendance and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Vision and Leadership: lead Case Managers, staff caseloads, communicate updates.
• Develop and Empower Staff: training, mentoring, performance evaluations, trauma‑informed care.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: review cases, ensure IRPs and Service Plans are updated on schedule.
• Collaborate and Drive Results: generate reports, drive program improvements, meet deadlines.
• Promote Growth and Professional Development: ensure trainings are completed; provide workshops.
• Foster Collaboration and Community Trust: build relationships with survivors and partners.
