Qualifications

Associate’s degree is required.
Minimum of one year of publicly facing case management experience.
Knowledge of FEMA’s Disaster Case Management framework.
Knowledge of 2 C.F.R. 200, 44 C.F.R., and the Stafford Act.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to successfully clear the required criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide Vision and Leadership – lead Case Managers, staff caseloads, resolve challenges, ensure survivors’ needs are met.
Develop and Empower Staff – train, mentor, and model trauma-informed care; conduct evaluations.
Ensure Quality and Compliance – monitor IRPs, Service Plans, and documentation accuracy.
Collaborate and Drive Results – produce reports and dashboards; pursue program improvements.
Promote Growth and Professional Development – identify training needs and facilitate workshops.
