Job summary

Qualifications

Knowledge of FEMA’s Disaster Case Management framework and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to a team of Case Managers and staff regular staffing sessions.
Monitor caseloads, ensure timely Service Plans, and maintain quality client services.
Review cases weekly for compliance and update IRPs and Service Plans accordingly.
Generate reports, dashboards, and case status updates for program oversight.
Promote trauma-informed care and professional development for staff.
