Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of instructional design or staff development experience.
• Experience in Disaster Case Management or FEMA programs preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must pass criminal background checks; available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop annual plans for staff at all levels.
• Coordinate and maintain training materials aligned with FEMA and DCM standards.
• Deliver training via classroom, virtual learning, and on-the-job coaching.
• Track training outcomes and staff competency; use KPIs and feedback loops.
• Coach supervisors in training implementation; mentor staff in leadership practices.
• Maintain complete training records and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure onboarding access to required materials on Day 1.
