Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership to staff, staff caseloads, resolve challenges, ensure survivors’ needs are met.
• Keep staff informed on program updates, contract requirements, and organizational priorities.
• Review and balance caseloads weekly to ensure manageable workloads.
• Provide guidance and technical support to ensure high-quality, client-centered services.
• Promote growth, training, and staff development with KPI-driven aims.
