Job summary

MRO Clinics in the United States is seeking a dedicated Disability Account Manager to facilitate the release of PHI records, verify forms, and liaise with patients and healthcare facilities to support disability paperwork.

You will review HIPAA guidelines, maintain patient privacy, manage high call volumes, and ensure accurate documentation and turnaround times, reporting to the Director of Disability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for assigned accounts and clients.
• Review and verify FMLA and Disability forms for validity and HIPAA compliance.
• Verify patient information in EMR systems for correct scope.
• Request additional documentation as needed to process forms.
• Pull and complete forms with accuracy and compliance.
• Follow workflows for assigned accounts.
• Log detailed information on processed forms.
• Maintain an accurate accounting of disclosures.
• Provide world-class patient and client service.
• Handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• Maintain production and quality goals and turnaround times.
• Report to the Director of Disability as necessary.
