MRO Corporation is seeking an ROI Specialist to provide on-site support for release of information requests. You will review requests, locate patient data, and ensure HIPAA-compliant processing at client facilities across the United States.

The role requires accurate data-entry, strong communication, and the ability to handle inquiries from customers and physician offices with care and efficiency.

Competenze

• 1+ years of data-entry experience; basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals.
• Strong verbal communication and responsiveness to customer inquiries.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records handling.
• Reliable and dependable with prior ROI experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Determine records to be released by reviewing requestor information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer phone calls regarding ROI issues and log information into the ROI On-Line database.
• Assist walk-in customers and process physician requests as needed.
• Process and fax information to physician offices when required.
• Scan and log medical records; maintain compliance with site policies.
