MRO is seeking an ROI Specialist to support client sites by processing requests for patient medical records, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and accurate data handling. The role involves data entry, log maintenance, and responsive customer service for callers and walk-ins.

Responsibilities

• Review requests to determine records for release under HIPAA and gather data from various sources.
• Answer ROI-related phone calls.
• Assist walk-in customers and log information into ROI On-Line.
• Process physician office requests and fax records as needed.
• Log and scan requests into ROI On-Line database.
• Comply with facility policies and record cash payments when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
