MRO Clinics in the United States is seeking a Disability Account Manager to evaluate records for disability paperwork and serve as the main contact for patients and facilities. You will ensure privacy, HIPAA compliance, and accurate documentation while working with EMR systems and various accounts.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle high call volumes, with a base compensation structure and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and professional.
• Ability to follow HIPAA/privacy guidelines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of handling multiple accounts and high call volumes.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for assigned accounts.
• Review and verify FMLA and Disability forms for validity and HIPAA compliance.
• Verify patient information in EMR systems using identifiers.
• Confirm requests and obtain additional documentation as needed.
• Pull and complete forms per policies and regulations.
• Follow workflows for assigned accounts.
• Log detailed information on each form processed.
• Maintain an accurate accounting of disclosures.
• Provide world-class customer service while protecting privacy.
• Handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• Meet production and quality goals within turnaround times.
• Report to the Director of Disability as necessary.
