Job summary

Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey (GWNYNJ) is seeking a dedicated DSP-Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities across NYC. You will manage a caseload, provide individualized guidance, and help participants obtain and maintain employment through in-field visits and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required or preferred.
• 1+ year of experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and provide individual assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Conduct field visits across NYC to support employment goals.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the EHR system.
