Northeastern Technical College is seeking a Dean of Workforce Development to lead and coordinate training programs across the college service area. The role covers planning, budgeting, staffing, and collaboration with industry partners to align offerings with current workforce needs.

The Dean will drive program development, oversee enrollment and support services, and ensure quality and compliance while promoting workforce initiatives. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a related discipline plus six years of progressively responsible related work experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and supervise staff.

Mansioni

• Plans, develops, manages, coordinates, markets and conducts training for the Workforce Development Division.
• Assists in long-term planning and ensures degree offerings meet community and industry needs.
• Builds relationships with external stakeholders to fulfill the college mission.
• Oversees and develops education offerings in partnership with industry to bring certifications.
• Manages office functions including enrollment, distance learning, internships, and purchasing.
• Supervises department employees and evaluates performance.
• Travel and occasional evening/weekend commitments.
