Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director to lead the IT side of our Workday program in a hybrid Somerset, NJ office.

You will orchestrate cross-functional IT workstreams, govern scope, schedule, financials and risk, and enable decisive actions across SteerCo, Program Leadership, and HR stakeholders. The role covers Workday Core HCM and modules such as Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent, Learning, and related integrations, with collaboration to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT program management experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.
• Strong financial management and governance skills.
• Extensive experience with Workday or large ERP migrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT delivery for the Workday program.
• Lead governance and executive reporting to SteerCo and HR.
• Coordinate integration strategy with HRIS and adjacent systems.
• Manage scope, budget, and risk across IT workstreams.
• Mentor program and project managers in IT Transformation.
