Job summary

SHI is seeking a Director to lead the IT side of our Workday program, accountable for end-to-end migration delivery and partnership with HR leadership. This role orchestrates cross-functional IT workstreams, governs scope, schedule, financials, and risk, and enables decision-making across SteerCo, Program Leadership, and HR stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will drive governance, partner with IT and HR, manage multiple vendors and integrations (e.g., iCIMS, payroll, benefits), and guide teams

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in large IT transformation programs.
• Strong governance and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own IT delivery for the Workday program across Plan, Architect & Configure, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare.
• Drive program governance and financials, ensuring milestones and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams (internal, SI partners, vendors) and coordinate HRIS integrations.
