Job summary

Fullsteam LLC is seeking a Director of Workday/HRIS to lead strategy, governance, and ongoing management of our Workday ecosystem. You will translate business needs into scalable HR and payroll solutions and drive data-driven decision-making across HR, Finance, IT, and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in HRIS or enterprise systems, hands-on Workday experience, and proven leadership guiding cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver reliable, compliant, and innovative

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR and Payroll technology, or enterprise systems.
Significant hands-on Workday experience in a complex, multi-module environment.
Three or more years of experience leading Workday teams, technical professionals, or complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
Strong governance, change, and release management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and operational effectiveness of Fullsteam’s Workday ecosystem, ensuring platform capabilities align with business priorities and growth.
Lead complex Workday initiatives from discovery through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Design, configure, and optimize Workday business processes, security, organizational structures, and integration points.
Establish testing strategies and maintain documentation, configuration standards, and solution records.
Drive AI adoption and automation in HR and payroll processes and measure outcomes.
