Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC seeks a Director of Workday System Performance to lead governance, security, and optimization across HCM, Financials, PSA, and Reporting. You will drive a scalable Workday roadmap, collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and executives, and deliver maximum business value with data integrity and user experience in a mature production environment.

The role combines hands-on system expertise with strategic leadership to translate business strategy into scalable Workday solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of Workday administration and support in production environments.
Hands-on Workday PSA experience and cross-module knowledge (HCM, Financials, Reporting).
Advanced Workday security design, governance, and change management.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Experience leading Workday releases and integrations with vendors.

Responsibilities

Own the Workday platform strategy, governance, and roadmap.
Oversee daily administration, performance, security, and data integrity.
Lead release management, testing, and change communications.
Develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Coordinate PSA functionality: project setup, forecasting, costing, and reporting.
Design and manage Workday integrations with internal systems.
