Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Director, Workday Solutions to lead the strategic direction and operational management of the Workday platform across HCM, Financial Management, and Adaptive Planning. You will supervise Workday HRIS and Finance professionals, drive platform optimization, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable solutions.

• Extensive Workday configuration/administration experience in HCM and Financial Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Workday roadmap and bi-annual release planning.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional Workday HRIS/Finance team; oversee hiring and development.
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM and Financial Management modules to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and business units to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Own Workday/Adaptive Planning configurations, tenant setup, and governance across data privacy and compliance.
