Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 15+ years in business development, capture management, or program management in defense or aerospace.
• International experience with DoD, ITAR, and offsets.
• Demonstrated success leading complex captures or growth initiatives in weapons systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy for the Weapon Systems Division.
• Achieve awards to support the WSD annual operating plan and long-range strategic plan.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with key market focus areas.
• Lead stakeholder engagements, representing the division in customer engagements, reviews, and industry events.
• Coordinate with Communications to lead development of narrative across stakeholder engagements.
