This role requires 15+ years in defense business development, proven win strategies, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams. A Top Secret clearance is required or can be pursued, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 15+ years in business development, capture management, or program management in defense or aerospace.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex captures and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Weapon Systems Division.
• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and prioritization across assigned markets.
• Provide leadership to BD and capture teams and foster senior customer relationships.
