Job summary

Continental seeks a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead safe, scalable warehouses supporting Market and Vending divisions. You will drive productivity, inventory accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while guiding a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include SOP development, labor planning, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Sales, and Finance to optimize operations and margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years leading multi-site or complex operations and management teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory controls, FIFO practices, and operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated success improving productivity, service, cost performance, and operating margins.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, and team-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire warehouse and cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and long-term business objectives.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while coaching managers and developing emerging leaders for future growth and succession.
• Develop and implement SOPs that create consistent, efficient operations for internal partners and customers.
• Oversee labor planning, workforce optimization, inventory control, replenishment, cycle counting, product availability, and FIFO compliance.
• Build strong relationships with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Account Management, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the organization with key partners and serve as an escalation point for major operational accounts.
