Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Director of Warehouse Operations to lead strategic, multi-site warehouse and supply chain activities. You will steer inventory stewardship, transportation, and distribution, ensuring GMP compliance and scalable operations to support manufacturing and customer commitments.

The role requires deep experience in ERP/WMS platforms (SAP/WMS), a track record of leading large teams, and a focus on safety, process improvement, and cost optimization across a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or Life Sciences, or related field.
• MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain, warehouse ops, logistics, or materials mgmt in regulated environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing multi-site ops and organizational development.
• Strong GMP, GDP knowledge and regulatory inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, distribution, and material management across sites.
• Lead multi-site warehouse orgs, fostering safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own performance metrics: safety, compliance, inventory accuracy, service levels, productivity, and costs.
• Govern warehouse governance: policies, financial controls, traceability, audit readiness, compliance.
• Lead capacity planning, network optimization, labor strategy, and business continuity.
• Sponsor warehouse tech and digital transformation: SAP, WMS/EWM, automation, data integrity.
• Oversee transportation, distribution strategy, carrier management, and cold-chain ops.
• Drive enterprise initiatives for productivity, risk reduction, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Finance, IT, and others to align capabilities.
