Continental Services is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead safe, efficient, and scalable warehouse operations across OH/PA/NY. You will drive productivity, inventory accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction while guiding strategic initiatives and building high-performance teams.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in warehouse/distribution, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in warehouse/distribution/logistics.
• 3+ years leading multi-site/complex operations and management teams.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, FIFO, and KPIs.
• Experience with route-based distribution and vending tech is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse and cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Coach managers and develop emerging leaders for growth.
• Develop and implement SOPs for efficient operations.
• Oversee labor planning, inventory control, replenishment, cycle counting, and FIFO compliance.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide executive-level reporting and support pricing strategies.
