The Spice & Tea Exchange seeks a Director of Warehouse Management to lead its 90,000-square-foot distribution and production campus. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and scale systems to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large distribution or manufacturing operations.
• Executive leadership experience with multi-department responsibility.
• Strong financial and P&L management skills.
• Warehouse automation and WMS experience.
• Experience building KPIs and operational dashboards.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Food manufacturing or consumer products experience preferred.
• Experience with S&OP, production planning, or inventory optimization preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution and warehouse operations across the campus.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling.
• Develop and execute inventory strategy and accuracy initiatives.

Position Summary

The Director of Warehouse Management will lead all operations for The Spice & Tea Exchange's 90,000-square-foot distribution and production campus. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this executive leader will drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, develop scalable systems, and prepare the organization for significant future growth.

This role oversees warehouse operations, production planning, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, automation, safety, and continuous improvement while serving as a strategic member of the executive leadership team.
