Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a senior leader to drive warehouse optimization across more than 25 locations nationwide, shaping the supply chain strategy and delivering cross-functional value.

You will own end-to-end automation initiatives—AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, robotics, and AI-enabled systems—and build robust business cases for capital investments. Leading multi-site teams, you will steer change, mitigate risk, and realize multi-year roadmaps while partnering with Plant Managers and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in project management, warehouse and/or site operations.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on team development and empowerment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build and present business cases for capital expenses.
• Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple coinciding priorities/deliverables.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong MS Office Suite Skills & Experience (Excel, Word, Teams, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization projects across the warehousing network and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Develop and lead warehouse automation and network optimization projects (AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, robotics, AI).
• Build executive-level business cases including ROI, risk, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-site teams and manage external partners to deliver on time.
• Drive change adoption with site leadership to sustain benefits and safety improvements.
