Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our Franklin, WI facility to oversee shifting teams, coordinate shipping, and manage inventory. You will ensure safety procedures, train staff, and maintain accurate SAP records, supporting our expanded cheese network in North America.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with physical tasks and multitasking demands. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain one (Powered Industrial Trucks).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of team members coordinating shipping and warehouse operations.
• Perform inventory verification and report variances.
• Train and communicate procedures to employees; document training progress.
• Monitor and adjust work schedules to meet business needs.
• Complete SAP transactions and maintain required documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and generate reports.
