Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Franklin, WI seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise a shift, coordinating shipping, receiving and inventory for a 340,000 sq ft facility. You will manage schedules, complete SAP transactions, and drive safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate GMP familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to train and develop a high-performing team while partnering with cross-functional departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift, coordinating shipping and warehouse operations.
• Perform product inventory, confirming quantity and location; report variances.
• Train new employees and document training progression.
• Maintain time and shipping records; prepare required reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize disruptions and back-up duties as needed.
