Saputo Cheese USA Inc. seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies for warehouse, fleet, and operational services across Saputo USA. You will drive TCO improvements and vendor governance while partnering with Operations, Finance, and site leadership to align with business goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic negotiations, and capital planning to create enterprise value and optimize asset utilization.

• Strong analytical, financial, communication, project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, lifecycle management, and governance of 3,500+ leased assets across 29 locations.
• Drive asset optimization through supplier strategies, standardization, replacement planning, redeployment, and TCO improvements.
• Analyze asset performance, utilization, and spend to identify cost savings and reliability improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and site leadership to align asset and equipment strategies.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, reporting, and recommendations for fleet optimization and CAPEX planning.
• Lead supplier relationships, governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
