• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide supplier initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, lifecycle management, and governance of 3,500+ leased assets across 29 locations.
• Drive asset optimization through supplier strategies and TCO improvements.
• Analyze asset performance, utilization, and spend to identify cost savings.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and site leadership on asset and equipment strategy.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, reporting, and recommendations for fleet optimization and capital planning.
• Lead supplier relationships, governance, and performance management across warehouse, fleet, leasing, and equipment.
• Develop category strategies, supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting.
