Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for Warehouse & Operational Services to lead sourcing strategies across 29 locations in the U.S. and Canada, including asset management, fleet, and maintenance services.

You will own supplier negotiations, governance, and cost optimization initiatives, partnering with Operations, Finance, Legal, and site leadership to translate needs into contracts and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Direct experience supporting warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, fleet, or operational services.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, lifecycle management, and governance of assets across multiple locations and categories.
• Drive cost savings and total cost of ownership improvements through supplier strategies and standardization.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and reporting to support capital planning and enterprise value creation.
• Lead supplier relationships, governance, and risk mitigation across warehouse, fleet, leasing, equipment, and services.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and site leaders to align strategies with objectives and budgets.
